Employment Skills

This course is designed for young people who are preparing to seek employment or currently seeking employment. This could be in a paid or voluntary capacity. It will assist young people to develop skills important for success in the work place. 

Topics included may also cover

• Understanding personal strengths and weaknesses

• Identifying vocational interests versus recreational interests

• Strategies for job searching

• Resume writing

• Interview skills

• Communication in the workplace

• Problem solving

• Professional communication and conduct
